Since Vietnam’s Capital Hanoi is one of the lesser known cities on the circuit, I decided to keep things as simple as possible for everyone and add only the guest friendly hotels of Hanoi that are centrally located around Hoan Kiem lake district in the old Quarter near the nightlife of the city. Keep in mind that since you are visiting a Communist country, Vietnamese hotels abide by must stricter rules than their Thai counterparts when it comes to foreigners sharing a room with local girls overnight.
