Patpong has the least amount of no joiner hotels in close proximity to the go go bars and beer bars. Our recommended hotels here are also gay friendly as well because Patpong has a rather large gay nightlife presence there. If you decide to stay in Nana or Soi Cowboy you can always get there easily by taking the Sky Train and BTS station. That said there are many fans of Patpong’s nightlife and many prefer to stay there because they the atmosphere and environment of Patpong more.

Glitz Hotel just opened recently so the rooms and furniture are fresh and modern. Just a 5 min walk to Patpong makes Glitz a real strategic location for enjoying go go bars and massage parlors. It’s also about a 8 min walk to Sala Daeng BTS station for getting to Nana and Soi Cowboy red light districts.

This hotel is just a 5 minute walk to Patpongand in a very good area. The MRT train station is just right across the street and the BTS Sky Train is a 5 minute walk as well. There are lots of international fast food restaurants to eat around this hotel.

This hotel as undergone a major renovation in 2004 so it has been nicely updated. It’s very close to Patpong and two soapy massage parlors. Freelance prostitutes hang out across the street as well if you can’t find anyone you fancy in Patpong. Nearest BTS station is Sala Daeng.

De Arni Hotel is also one of the closest to Patpong, just a few minutes walk. There are also a couple of soapy massage parlors and many traditional Thai massage shops really close by. Make sure you try many of the street side restaurants, it’ll satisfy your stomach and wallet.

Siam Heritage is a boutique hotel close to Patpong, less than a 5 minute walk away. There are plenty of traditional Thai massage parlors you should not miss. Make sure to reserve a room for 2 guests.

Swiss Lodge is just 5 min walk to Patpong red light district or the Sala Daeng BTS station. There are lots of great International bars and restaurants in the vicinity. Though the hotel is close to all the hectic noise and crowds heading to Patpong, Swiss Lodge is in a very quiet yet convenient location.

Centre Point Silom is a high quality hotel by the riverside. The only draw back is that it’s not the closest hotel toPatpong red light district. It’s about a 10 minute taxi ride or a 30 minute walk.

The Ascott Sathorn is about a 10 minute taxi ride to Patpong red light district. Technically this property is a serviced apartment. But you still get the same full service and attention as a 4 star hotel. It is a classier property and the price reflects it but is absolutely worth the money.

One of the main attractions to the Lebua is its popular roof top bar with one of the best views of the city and the river. The Lebua at State Tower is another very popular luxury hotel in Silom. Patpong red light district is a 10 minute ride by taxi away. The closest BTS station is Saphan Taksin which is only one stop away from Patpong’s go go bars and massage parlors.

Sofitel Silom is an International hotel chain and this one is quite fancy. A group of my friends stayed here for a vacation one time and have gone back all the time ever since. Patpong is a 15 minute walk from the hotel. The nearest BTS station is Chong Nongsi.

If you ever wonder how it feels like to be treated as royalty then you should stay here. This hotel has been rated by top travel magazines for high service and quality. It’s best to take the ferry provided by the hotel to get across the river and hop on a taxi. Total trip time should be about 30 minutes. Or you can take the Sky Train at Saphan BTS station and get off at Sala Daeng BTS station.

Shangri-La is one of the world’s most famous hotel names. In Bangkok it’s a very fancy hotel near the river with professional service. It’ll take about 10 minutes to get to Patpong by taxi if the traffic isn’t bad. But the Sky Train is nearby so you can take it to Patpong by getting off at Sala Daeng Station.
