Luxury hotel at a good location within Victoria Falls. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The room was a decent size, with comfy beds, and mosquito nets provided. The staff was friendly and helpful. Great customer service. Breakfast was good and reasonably priced. Perfect walking distance to both downtown and Victoria Falls.

Very convenient, comfortable, and well-appointed. Breakfast is a great, convenient location. The lovely garden setting and a great bar! There is a bank, shopping, and a couple of restaurants nearby. The art market is just around the block if you want to purchase souvenirs.

A fantastic place in the world – great wildlife viewing from the balcony of the animals at the waterhole and perfect at breakfast to look out upon the animals coming and going! The rooms are very clean, comfortable, and tastefully decorated, and having a separate TV room was a real bonus. All staff was very kind, friendly and helpful. Customer service was excellent, an amazing place to stay.
