Excellent place to stay, the rooms were clean with hot showers. The staff was extremely friendly, cheery, and helpful. The BBQ night is awesome, breakfast was more than enough and quality. Also, it’s been a great thing to use airport transport, it makes it easier. Perfect location for exploring the town.

Maybe this hotel is not for family, but the location was nice and easy, and it was quiet. Clean room, good service, near restaurant, coffee shops, shopping mall. The Studio room is the best. Very friendly staff especially at reception and restaurant. Great atmosphere in the dining room.

The hotel is in a pretty central location and is about 30 minutes drive from the airport. The location is at the heart of Amman, with a mall (C -Town) a few meters away. Also, there are many restaurants of different cuisines and budgets that are close to the hotel.

The hotel is centrally located. The staff is very courteous, friendly, and helpful. The food at the main buffet restaurant on the ground floor is excellent. A lot of dining choices in the hotel. The pool area looked lovely, The rooms are a nice size and fully air-conditioned. Nice pool and fitness, etc. The TV was excellent. Very good WiFi. The staff was very polite and helpful.

Typical expected four seasons service. This is a great hotel and a luxury brand in the center of Amman. The rooms are so big and have nice decorations. The spa is a very high standard. There is a nice lobby area. The breakfast buffet was excellent and offered a wide variety of Middle Eastern and Western Food. The freshly squeezed juices were a welcome touch. The staff could not have been friendlier or more helpful.
